If you are sending a Heater in for repairs, please Open a New Ticket.
Note that our queue for Heater tune-ups, maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs is usually quite full. Tickets will be reviewed and addressed in the order they are received.
Please ensure all items sent to Roton are clearly marked with contact information and the ticket number you will receive when submitting your ticket.
